OVERVIEW :

Kailash Mansarovar Tour program is suitable for devotee pilgrims who want to visit most important religious sites around Mt. Kailash mansarovar. This itinerary provides Mansarover excursion with holy deep & puja, Inner Kailash inner Nandi including Serlung gompa (4765m), Asthapath darshan, famous south east face of Mt. Kailash, Saptarishi Cave (5980m) etc. On Kailash circumambulation we will have darshan of Shivasthali, west face of Mt. Kailash, Dolma-la Pass with colors of flags & magnificent Gauri Kund (5580m).

This Pilgrim Tour will be supported by Nepali Sherpa, cook & helper. The meals on the way are not suitable for Pilgrims so our cook will prepare meals on the way. A Nepali guide will lead the trekking / camping arrangements. While on Kailash parikrama we will use Yaks for carrying our equipments & luggage.

 

ITINERARY:

Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu transfer to Hotel, rest of the day is free.

After breakfast start to Kathmandu sightseeing including Pashupatinath Temple, back to hotel and rest of the day is free for packing and program briefing.

Full day tour around Kathmandu

After visa collection drive to Syabrubesi, very close to Kerung Nepal Tibet Border.

After breakfast depart from Kathmandu to China border by tourist coach. It takes about 2 hours. Our agent will complete our custom formalities and check into Tibet, an autonomous part of China. After lunch drive to a small Tibetan town called Kyirong by Chinese Vehicle. Overnight stay at Kyirong Guest House.

Breakfast and dinner in camp side and packed lunch will be provided.

After breakfast drive from Kyirong to Saga for about 07:00 hours . Overnight stay at Saga in tent or guesthouse

Free and relaxed at Saga for acclimatization.

After breakfast proceed to Mansarovar, Hor 4500m – After breakfast leave for Mansarover  which takes about 08:00 hours. This is the first day stay at the bank of the Manasarovar Lake. Overnight stay in tent or guesthouse.

Drive to Chho-kue Gompa- Mansarovar Parikrama by vehicle. Drive around 2.30 hrs to Darchen and overnight stay there.

Excursion around Darchen (4560mt) – After breakfast drive around for an hour to Darchen, which is the base camp of Kailash Parvat. Full day is free for acclimatization. Visit Serlung Gompa (4720m) & Astapath 4765m, Nandi Parbat. Overnight stay in guesthouse at Darchen.

This is the first day of Kailash circumambulation. We should start our journey after breakfast as early as possible. This day we have to walk continuously for about 6 to 7 hours. Yak will carry our all goods and equipment. Overnight stay at Driaphuk in tent.

The day is very sensitive and we have to pass Dolma-La Pass (5630m). The weather is unpredictable in Dolma-la Pass and at any time snowstorm can fall. So we try to start our journey as early as possible. In route we can have Darshan of Gaurikund (5580m) but it is very difficult to go and touch. Overnight stay in route to Zuthulphuk in tent.

This is the day we finish our Parikrama and go back to base camp in Hore/Mansarovar

Our tour starts back for Kathmandu following the same route and same system applies for all subjects of our accommodation and meal.

Drive back to Kyirong, which is the last stay in Tibet part.

Drive to Nepal China Boarder and after custom formalities we will be picked up by Nepal side and continue drive to Kathmandu for about 9:00 Hours & check into same hotel.

After breakfast departure for airport

Note :

Guest should be in Kathmandu before 4 Days of final departure with 6-month valid passport. All the passport details should be send to us with in 30 Days before the date of Departure.
