Ice-col Trek is one of the extreme adventurous trekking trail in Nepal Himalaya connects Makalu Region to Mt. Everest Region with crossing different high passes which needs high altitude experience, reliable climbing equipment, skillful mountain guides, cook & staffs. Ice col trek is most challenging trek in Nepal due to high passes Sherpani Col, West Col and Amphu Lapcha La Pass and follows hidden Arun Valley with base camps of Mt. Makalu and Mt. Baruntse. The route to Sherpani-col be the great challenge while crossing on steep slopes with panoramic views of Makalu, Island peak & many more mountain peaks in East Himalaya Range, the route over Sherpani Col (southeast ridge)–West Col (south ridge) – Amphu Lapcha Pass (west ridge) lies on the three different ridges of Mt. Baruntse. Finally the Ice-col Trek approaches to Mt. Everest Khumbu region after crossing Amphu Lapcha pass. The Ice-col Trek provides the wilderness experience of high mountain camps for long period, can be technically compared as mountain expedition.
