AROUND KATHMANDU TREK [RIM VALLEY YOGA TREK]
Kathmandu Valley (1300m0 is surrounded by green hills having very excellent mountain view with sun rise, sunset. The trekking around these hills provides the different view of Kathmandu valley including three districts Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur. Shivapuri is one of the high green hill on North- East direction of Kathmandu. Now days it also becomes the spiritual destination as the place of lord Shiva. The rivers of Kathmandu start form the forest area of Shivapuri. . There is an unusually perfect blending of the imposing mountain scenery with the more sylvan environment of the lower valleys. Rhododendrons growing wild on the mountain slopes begin to bloom in late winter and staying bloom for several months, giving the village even more charm. This trek provides experience of Forest camps, Natural walking in forest, panoramic view of Long Himalaya range, Landscape of green hills, magnificent view of Kathmandu valley & approaching the great view points around Kathmandu.

The mountain view of Mt. Annapurna, Manasalu, Ganesh Himal, Sisgapangma, Langtang, Roilwaling & some part of Everest Range can see from all most all viewpoints like Kakani, Shivapuri, Chisapani, Nagarkot & Dhulikhel. Yoga Teacher will be group leader who teaches you goya and meditation practice every morning and evening at peaceful camp. The program can be designed from 4 days upto 11 days with tented camps.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to Yoga resort or hotel

Day 02:Start Yoga Course // 7 am getting up,7.30 to  8.30 yoga Asana,8.30 to 9.00 tea rest,9.00 to 10 am breakfast,10 to 11 rest,11 to 12 am yogic relaxation,12  to 2 pm village hiking, jungle safari,2  to 3.00 pm lunch,3 to 4 pm  yoga philosophy,4 to 5 pranayama,5.30 to 6.30 meditation,7. to 8 dinner, 8 to 9 celebration in bhajana or question answer session or camp fire and Overnight.

Day 04:After breakfast drive to Natural beauty city pokhara, evening yoga and meditation O/N Hotel

Day 05:Yoga on early morning, after breakfast sightseeing tour of Pokhara city, hike peace pagoda, O/N hotel

Day 06:Yoga on early morning, after breakfast drive to Lumbini, evening meditation at birth place of Buddha O/N Hotel

Day 07:Early morning meditation around birth place of Buddha, visit different monasteries from different countries, evening visit maya Devi’s temple O/N hotel

Day 08: Yoga on early morning, after breakfast drive to Chitwan, O/N Resort

Day 09: Full day jungle safari and other activities in Chitwan Jungle O/N Resort

Day 10: Yoga on early morning, after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu O/N Hotel

Day 11: Meditation (Kapan or pharping monastery)

Day 12: Meditation (Kapan or pharping Monastery)

Day 13: Free and Easy Day at Kathmandu
