Pokalde Peak Expedition


Pokalde peak lies on Everest – Khumbu region near from Kongma-la Pass . Pokhalde (5806m/19049ft) was first climbed in 1953 from the Kongma- la route so till now climbers use this route to make Expedition. The north side of this peak has a small hanging glacier. Pokhalde appears to be most of a rocky ridge dominated by the vastness of the Mt.Nuptse.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu [Preparation for trek]
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2804m), Trek to Phakding (2610m.).
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar (3440m.).
Day 05: Namche Bazar [REST]
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3850m).
Day 07: Trek to Dingbuche (4350m.).
Day 08: Rest and acclimatizing day
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4950m.).
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak shep (5160m.).
Day 11: Explore Kalapathar (5545m.) , Everest Base camp( 5400m) back to Labuche
Day 12: Trek to Kongmala Pass (5535m).
Day 13: Climb Pokalde peak (5806m)
Day 14: [Spare Day ]
Day 15 : Trek to Tengboche.
Day 16 : Trek to Namche.
Day 17 : Trek to Lukla.
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 19:Kathmandu
Days 20: Departure.
